I really love this cast iron 10 inch pans from the lodge! I have argued for a long time whether I bought one or not, for me, I want such a purchase to be about investment and I want my investment to continue for a long time. Finding American made products is no longer easy. But really, the quality of this cast iron was clear when I made sweet potato corn bread and baked it in the pan. It turned out very nice, brown and moist. I’m adding images, so you can see a good way to cook corn bread both above and below the bread. I’m sorry, the frying pan in the first picture looks a little greasy …. I baked in a frying pan, then washed it and oiled it.
